From the Andes mountains of Antioquia, Carolina Posada's San Gabriel Farm represents courage and a new generation of Colombian coffee. In raditionally patriarchal industry, Carolina chose to dream bigger-opening international markets despite resistance and connecting directly with roasters who share her values. At San Gabriel, her female-owned collective focuses on environmental stewardship, recycling coffee pulp as organic fertilizer and ensuring clean water runoff.

This coffee supports emerging female voices in the industry and empowers young farmers to stay in the business. Each bag represents Carolina's determination to rewrite the rules and prove that women can lead specialty coffee.
